To set an existing user as an administrator:

  • Click the pencil icon next to the employee you want to edit
  • Navigate to the 'Security' section in the employee profile.
  • Make sure that the 'Portal User' checkbox is ticked. If the user never logged on to Spektrum beforehand, you will also need to tick the 'Change Password' on First Login checkbox.
  • Use the 'Rolesfield to input the desired role. Multiple roles may be assigned.

  • If you want to delete an existing role, simple click the 'X' icon on the role itself to remove it.
  • Once you are happy with your changes, click 'Save and Close'.
