The first step is to ensure that the employee has been registered on a device and the biometrics enrolled.
The next step is to 'Pull' the biometric template from the reader and have it saved in Spektrum.
To 'Push' biometrics you first have to link the 'Employee(s)' to the 'device group' that points to the Reader(s) that you wish them to be able to punch on.
The next steps are the following:
- Click on "Employees".
- Select the required 'Employee'.
- Click on 'Push to Device(s)'
- Make sure the selection is set to 'Yes' if you need to copy the biometric over.
- Click on 'OK'.
This will push the template to all the readers deployed in your T&A estate.
