Note that in order to create a new employee, fields marked with an '*' are required and cannot be left empty. 

The compulsory entries are the following:

  • 'Enrol No' which must be unique for each employee and identical to the punch clock number
  • 'Employee Name'
  • 'Company'
  • 'Device Group'
  • 'Email Address' (If the employee is also a user e.g. Manager)
  • You will also have to enter a 'User Name' under the 'Security' tab. 

All other fields are optional.
