The reason that punches are red is because they are not associated with an employee. This is caused when the employee has been registered on the reader but not in Spektrum.
To remedy this, follow these steps:
- Make sure that the employee is created in Spektrum with the same enrolment number as assigned on the reader.
- Filter and select the required punches.
- Click on 'Link to Employee' from the toolbar.
- Choose the required employee.
- Click on 'OK'.
This will assign the red punches to their owner.
