How can we import our punches? Print

Spektrum allows you to batch import punch data. This option is called Punch Quick Entry and is found under "Punch" in the navigation menu.

Click on the 'Quick Entry' button.
Click on 'Get Template' in order to download the spreadsheet.
Compile the document by entering the data under each compulsory field.
Save it as an Excel File.
Click on 'Browse'.
Navigate to the saved file location and Click on 'Import'.
Click on 'OK'.
