Adding Leave balances can be done through a few simple steps:

  • Click"Leave History" in the Navigation Pane.
  • Click on the 'Import' button.
  • Click 'Browse' and using the template attached, compile a CSV file with the necessary Leave Transactions.
    • The following columns are required to be filled in on the Template file to be imported:
      • Enroll No: The unique punch clock number assigned to each employee through Spektrum.
      • TransactionDate: The cutoff date for your Leave balances (Vacation, Sick).
      • LeaveType: The type of Leave that is used in the transaction. E.g. Vacation Leave, Sick Leave. This has to match the descriptor defined within Spektrum.
      • Notes: Any notes you would like to add as a reference to the transaction. E.g. Initial Balance.
      • Amount: This is the remaining amount of Leave hours (in decimal) left from the cutoff date to the end of the period. 
  • Once the data has been imported from the CSV file, click 'OK' and all the imported transactions will now be available in Spektrum.
  • Click on the attached file to gain access to the template used for the import
