- Select "Leave Balances" from the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side.
- Choose or Enter a date in the 'As at' field.
- Select a leave type.
- On the top right, click 'Add Employees'.
- Fill in any of the following to filter out specific employees:
- Team
- Department
- Company
- Employment group
- Active or all employees
- Employee name.
- Click 'Add Employees to list' in order to add employees that meet your search criteria.
- Click 'OK' to confirm employee selection.
- Chosen employee Leave balances should now be displayed.
