• Select "Leave Balances" from the Navigation Menu on the left-hand side.
  • Choose or Enter a date in the 'As at' field.
  • Select a leave type.
  • On the top right, click 'Add Employees'.
  • Fill in any of the following to filter out specific employees: 
    • Team
    • Department
    • Company
    • Employment group 
    • Active or all employees
    • Employee name.
  • Click 'Add Employees to list' in order to add employees that meet your search criteria.
  • Click 'OK' to confirm employee selection.
  • Chosen employee Leave balances should now be displayed.
